Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship domestically and to select international locations. If your location is outside our standard shipping zones, please contact us for custom shipping options.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow your package’s journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

International Shipping
For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs processes. Import duties, taxes, and other customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery. Galen Active is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Items
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. However, if you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
