Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unused or defective items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items, such as clearance products, gift cards, and personalized items, are non-returnable.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your item to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or you received the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.
